FOUND THAT RIM AND VALVE STEM WERE BOTH LEAKING. BROKE DOWN TIRE, CLEANED RIM (CHROME PEALING OFF OF INSIDE OF RIM), SEALED RIM, AND RE-BALANCED WHEEL.

FOUND NO POWER AT LEFT SIDE MARKER LIGHTS AND RIGHT FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHTS. POWER IS PROVIDED BY THE BCM. CHECK ALL BCM FUSES. FOUND FUSE 24 BLOWN. REPLACED FUSE. FUSE BLEW AGAIN WHEN RIGHT TURN SIGNAL WAS USED. REMOVE PASSENGER SIDE MIRROR TO FIND POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE WIRES SHORTED TOGETHER. DISCONNECT POWER TO PASSENGER MIRROR TURN SIGNAL BULB AND REPLACE FUSE AGAIN.
