DID NOT CONTINUE FUEL SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS. EXHAUST MANIFOLD BOLTS ARE BROKEN AND HAS A SIGNIFICANT EXHAUST LEAK, WOULD HAVE TO BE REPAIRED TO PASS INSPECTION.
